Thank you for booking with us. Please review the important notes below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your group:

A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings. Cards are securely stored by Lightspeed Payments and can be removed at any time through your Chronogolf dashboard.

A maximum of two carts per group is permitted. Golfers must have a G2 license to rent a cart.

Cancellations or changes to the number of players must be made by 5:00 PM the day before your tee time.

Failure to notify the pro shop in time will result in charges to the card of the person who made the booking.

If you book as a twosome, you may be paired with another group on busy days.

If you book for three and only two players arrive, you will be charged for the third golfer.

Please keep pace with the group ahead. A tee time does not grant exclusive use of the course.

Our target pace of play is 2 hours per 9 holes. If your group falls behind and disrupts the pace of others, you may be asked to skip a hole.

Play ready golf at all times to maintain a smooth flow.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any alcohol not purchased from the Canadian Golf Club will be confiscated and will not be returned.

If a cart or any property is damaged due to non-compliance or inappropriate behavior and no report or payment is made, the credit card on file will be charged for the damages.

Any aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

You are responsible for sharing this information with all members of your group.
