The evening begins with a welcome from Anthony at 5:00 p.m., followed by a five-course Scotch pairing dinner at 5:30 p.m.
We look forward to sharing an exceptional dining experience featuring expertly paired Scotch selections with each course. Limited to the first 50 participants. When making your reservation, if you are bringing a guest, please select the guest option.
First Course - Ballantine’s Blended paired with:
Marieke Young Gouda Cheese (aged 2-4 months) paired with a medley of baked apples and an almond biscotti with honey drizzle
Second Course – Loch Lommond 12yr paired with:
Pan Seared u10 Scallops on a bed of pear chutney citrus beurre blanc topped with spicy microgreens
Third Course – The Glenlivet Jamaica Edition paired with:
Sliced pork tenderloin on a bed of carmelized peach drizzled in a caribbean rum reduction
Fourth Course – Aberlour 16yr paired with:
Beef tenderloin medallions served on a zucchini hash and drizzled with a blackberry reduction
